What's included in the 4-month Program

  • Comprehensive Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

We start with a deep dive into your health story. Using a 303-point symptom analysis called the Nutrition Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), we'll uncover potential imbalances that conventional approaches might have missed. This session forms the foundation of your personalized wellness blueprint.​

  • Your Customized Wellness Blueprint

Based on our initial consultation, you'll receive a tailored wellness plan. This isn't a one-size-fits-all diet—it's a comprehensive strategy including nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, all designed to work synergistically with your unique body.

  • Six Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes each)

Creating lasting change is an ongoing process, and I'm here to support you throughout. These follow-up sessions are where we fine-tune your personalized wellness protocol as we see how your body responds. We'll address any challenges or obstacles you encounter along the way, while expanding your understanding of your body's unique needs and responses. Think of these sessions as your dedicated time to ask questions, gain insights, and build the skills you need to become the expert on your own health. My role is to guide, educate, and empower you as you implement and adapt your wellness plan.​

 

  • Continuous Support

Improving your health is a continuous process that extends beyond our scheduled sessions. As you implement changes in your daily life, questions and situations inevitably arise, and timely support can make all the difference. That's why I offer email access or chatting via our portal between our appointments. Whether you're celebrating a small victory, facing an unexpected challenge, or simply need clarification on your plan, I'm here to provide prompt guidance and consistent support.

As part of your personalized journey, we’ll use Nutri-Q, a powerful tool that analyzes your Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) to reveal where your body needs the most support.

 

The NAQ results generate a Symptom Burden Graph, showing how key foundations—like diet, digestion, blood sugar, sleep, and stress—affect your body systems, including your cardiovascular, endocrine, immune, and digestive health.

Together, we’ll use these insights to create and adjust a bio-individual plan that restores balance, supports your needs, and helps you feel your best.
